Our client in the insurance industry is currently looking for a Receptionist to work in their Langley BC Office. This role is a 12-month contract with the potential for extension.


● Greeting visitors to the office and logging into the visitor database.
● Providing directions and issuing visitor passcards as required.
● Maintaining inventories and courier
● Ordering supplies
● Placing service calls
● Scanning and filing files
● Coordinating catering and events and overseeing the general office day to day activities

• Work for a well-known insurance company
• Earn up to $17.28 per hour
• Langley BC
• 12-month contract, with the possibility of extension

• 0-2 years of experience in receptionist in a professional and dynamic service-oriented environment;
• Proficiently access various databases within Lotus Notes for information and processing purposes.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills;
• Attention to detail;
• The ability to communicate with confidence and active listening are essential;
• Excellent interpersonal skills and proven ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively within a team;
• Knowledge of MS Windows.
