Are you a receptionist looking to gain experience working for a leading and national recognized first? Do you have excellent communications and customer service skills?

If so we want you to join our client, a leading accounting firm, at their office in Downtown Ottawa. You will work full-time hours and earn $16 per on a 2-month contract (with the possibility of permanency), and be responsible for the following:

• Greeting visitors to the office and logging them into the database
• Providing directions and issuing visitor passcards as required
• Process mail and couriers, receive and distribute faxes,
• Keep track of, order, and stock office with supplies and paper

• Gain experience working for a globally recognized accounting firm
• Earn the competitive rate of $16 per hour
• Work full-time hours on a 2-month assignment (with the possibility of permanency)
• Downtown Ottawa Location

• Previous receptionist and administration experience preferred but not required
• Possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiently access various databases within Lotus Notes for information and processing purposes.
• Knowledge of MS Windows and Google Apps
• Must be able to work Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 5:00 pm
