Our client, a Top 5 Bank, is looking for a Receptionist for a 2 month contract in Downtown Toronto!

Pay Rate: $15/hr
Duration: Week to week based on business needs most likely 3-6 months consecutively
Start:9/4/2018
End: 10/31/2018
Hours: Mon to Fri hours are not confirmed will know more next week however anywhere between 7:30am - 5pm but must be flexible to cover vacation/sick coverage and the hours may be anywhere from 7:30am-6pm.


Overview:

The Corporate Receptionist team is responsible for delivering a high level of customer service to Securities businesses.
Receptionists are the primary point of contact for telephone and in-person inquiries.

As a Receptionist your duties will include, but are not be limited to:
- Check/respond to emails, reception lunch coverage, perform dining services coordinator duties, set up lunches, rooms, meetings, events.
- Complete inventory counts for events, preparing shipments, book meetings, meeting and greeting clients and other duties as assigned.
- Respond to clients in a positive manner
- Answer all phone calls (2 phone lines) and have them transferred in a timely and accurate manner following the established procedure.
- Be courteous and professional when greeting clients
- Update phone list and manuals as needed.
- Help out during peak periods, vacation times and special projects, while maintaining own personal workload.
- Ensures all reception desks and client reception area are clean and uncluttered.
- Assists with mailings and other manual work
- Book meeting rooms for events/ meetings, and ensure all areas of the kitchen and open workspaces are kept clean and tidy
