Our client, a leading bank, is looking for an Receptionist for a 6 month contract in Toronto !

Pay rate: $18.90/hr
Must be available: 830-5, OT may be necessary but will be rare - 37.5hrs - flexible on actual work hours

Job Responsibilities:
-Manage reception areas, including greeting internal and external clients, executives and visitors and directing them to individuals.
-Providing operational support and coordination of meeting rooms and catering
-Answering and directing calls
-Coordination of intake forms/onboarding/offboarding
-Other duties as assigned

-1 to 2 years of administrative assistant experince
-MS office Suite Experience
-Excellent communication skills

Previous FI/Banking experience
