Our client, a top 5 bank, is looking for a Receptionist for a 1 month contract in Vancouver!

Pay rate:$15.50/hr
Hours: Mon- Fri 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

As a receptionist your main job duties will include:
- Provide high- level administrative support
- Research, organize and manage information
- Greet visitors
- Answer telephone inquiries and control switchboard
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Maintain records (visitor log, call record, security pass history)
- Various clerical functions: typing, filing, scanning, bookbinding
- Manage boardroom schedule
- Ensure kitchen is tidy

1. Cantonese or Mandarin – strong communication skills
2. Computer savvy with professional MS Suites
3. Ability to multitask
4. 1 year customer service

7. 1 year professional, polished and well put together
