We are looking for a personable, enthusiastic receptionist to join our clients team. In this role you will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, business partners and vendors. As such, your welcoming, friendly personality will be a key attribute that you bring to this role.

Job description includes:

- Answering and directing phone calls.
- Arranging couriers and handling the mail.
- Record filing and data entry.
- Provide administrative support as needed.
- Booking and coordinating board rooms.
- Arranging catering from time to time.
- Handle all clerical duties including faxing, mailing and distributing.
- Track and record service requests.
- Helping out wherever needed.

- Weekly pay rate.
- Compensation- $16-$20 hourly
- Locations- Richmond, Burnaby, Surrey, Langley, Delta

- Minimum 2 years in reception role.
