What are the daily responsibilities of a receptionist?

- Answer the phone
- Prepare and manage the board rooms reservation schedule
- Review new account documents
- Interacting with clients and branch staff
- Order office supplies/printer
- Basic accounts payable

Additional detail:

- 3 Months contract with possibility to contract extension
- Beginning Date: As soon as possible
- Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 to 17:00
- Located in Downtown Montreal
- Salary is $13.50 per hour

What are the qualifications you must have for a receptionist ?

-Bilingual in both English and French
-Excellent communication skills
-Strong customer service and relationship management skills
-Experience as a receptionist is an asset
-University/college degree is an asset
-Finance background - education or work experience
-Experience managing switchboard
