what you'll be doing
-preparing files for digitization
-removing staples, paperclips, bent corners and other problematic issues
-lifting up to 30lbs to move and process file boxes
-arranging documents by date and flagging possible irregularities
-other records management duties

do you have the right qualifications?
-12 months of experience in a Federal government office clerk or records management role
-able to lift up to 30lbs regularly
-secret clearance valid until 2019
-experience working in a fast paced environment
-high school diploma
-digitization experience an asset
