We are currently looking for a recruitment advisor who will work for a special project for a telecommunications well-known company for a 12 months contract! The position is located in Dorval.

As a recruitment advisor, your main tasks will be:
- Support the entire talent acquisition team by helping to develop recruitment strategies for their new graduate program;
- Make sure you understand the required skills for the positions to be filled in order to target the right profiles;
- Find new ideas to improve the recruitment process;
- Support the talent acquisition team to organize various events that will take place on site;
- Candidates database management (receipt of cv, acknowledgments of receipt)
- Other related tasks

12 month contract
Dorval (near the airport)
Salary: between $ 23 and $ 25 / hour depending on experience
Monday to Friday

- University degree in Human Resources or related discipline
- At least two years of experience in a position related to recruitment
- Bilingualism (French and English - written and spoken)
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to manage several projects at the same time
- Proficiency of MS Office Suite (Excel and Powerpoint)
