Our client, a leading bank, is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator for a 12-month contract in Markham!

Pay rate: $22/hr
Mon-Fri, 8:30am - 5:00pm
Tentative Dates: 8/27 or 9/4
Location: Markham

Job Responsibilities:

- As a Recruitment Coordinator your main responsibilities are to work with the Talent Acquisition Team providing centralized HR support.
- Review requisitions, liaise with recruiters to ensure efficiency and the determine the best talent acquisition strategy
- Review and process Internal Hire Form requests, as well as provide approved offer letters to the a TA Partner or Hiring Manager
- Liaise with the On boarding team when dealing with the new hire fulfillment process. (This involves the background check process with bank vendors)
- Review and input new hire information into People Soft
- Generate employee IDs
- Respond to inquiries regarding new hires and recruitment process (mostly through email- some phone conversations required)
- Identify and recommend improvements in own job function, research and/or investigate issues requiring resolution to effectively execute job tasks

- Gain Top 5 Banking working experience as a Recruitment Coordinator
- Long-term contract
- TTC accessible
- Work in a team!

- Excellent communications skills (verbal and written)
- HR Systems experience
- Adaptable, professional, flexible, a quick learner, and has strong customer service skills
- Communication Skills 5/5
- 3 years of experience coordinating within a recruitment or executive search team
