Do you have 4+ years of previous recruitment/ HR experience? Do you have excellent communication skills and have Workday experience? Are you eager to gain work in the banking sector? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

Our client, a top 5 bank, is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator for a 6-month contract in Markham!

Pay rate: $22.00/hr
Schedule: Mon - Fri 8 - 5 (flexible 8 hour day with 1/2 hour unpaid lunch)

Job Responsibilities of a Recruitment Coordinator:
- Complete offer letters, review background checks and employee generation
- Supporting Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers with requisition flow, inputting system changes and reporting
- Liaise with recruiters for distribution of search approach
- Work with on boarding team who manages the new hire fulfillment process
- Review and input new hire information into PeopleSoft, and generating Employee IDs
- Responding to, and supporting with inquiries regarding new hires and internal job changes

- Gain experience with a top 5 bank
- Work in a collaborative team
- Work regular business hours
- Competitive pay rate

- 5+ yrs exp. as a Recruitment/HR Coordinator within a corporate/agency env. (flexibility with yrs of exp. if they have the Workday exp.)
- Exp. with Workday system (financial & human capital mgt. software system)
- Excellent customer service skills and problem resolution skills
- Knowledge of overall HR and Talent Acquisition policies and processes
- MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Excellent Communication skills (verbal and written)
