A new opportunity has come to the Riverview area to work for a huge, well known retail corporation in their contact center assisting customers and helping create an exceptional experience for them. Working along side a great team who will provide you with the proper tools to grow, and better enhance your skills.

Randstad has partnered with a great corporation out in the Riverview area allowing you to use your customer service skills and kick off a career.

If you are successful, you can expect to support customers with many different needs, mainly creating a great customer service experience to keep them coming back again.

This is a full time permanent position with potential of growth down the line.

Annual Salary:
$30,000 - English Speaking Candidates

They are hiring for two different centers:
1. Monday - Friday 9:00am - 12:00am. Saturday - Sunday 9:00am - 10:00pm
2. Monday - Sunday 24 hours a day
- You must be flexible with the hours

Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Taking inbound calls from customers
- Providing them with product knowledge and answer any product related inquires
- Building a relationship with the customer
- Assisting customers with billing, shipping, and handling issues
- Creating a great customer service experience from start to finish
