A great opportunity has come to the Riverview area to work in an inbound call center assisting customers for a huge retail corporation. Being able to be apart of a great team and being given the tools and skills to grow within the company itself, helping you kickstart your career!

If you are successful, you can expect to assist customers with placing orders, answering product related questions, and overall, providing top notch customer service from start to finish.

This is a permanent full time position hiring both English and French (bilingual) candidates.

Annual Salary:
$30,000 - English speaking candidates
$32,000 - Bilingual French speaking candidates

The call center is open 24/7, but they are looking to fill shifts between 7:00am - 2:00am. You must be flexible with the hours.

Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Taking inbound calls from customers
- Assisting customers with their orders
- Providing product information regarding customers inquiries
- Following up with customers when necessary
- Assisting customers with billing, shipping, and handling issues
- Providing great customer service
