Are you currently working as a Kinesiologist or a Case Manager and looking for new and challenging opportunities in Kitchener? As a Return to Work Disability Case Manager, you will be taking on challenging case files while assisting people in their vocational rehabilitation planning and return to work.

What you'll be doing as a Return to Work Disability Case Manager:
• Developing, implementing, and monitoring vocational rehabilitation services and plans for claimants coming from short and long term disability benefits
• Contacting with claimants and health care professionals in order to facilitating a more timely return to work for claimants

Qualifications
• Must have university degree within health science (kinesiology, Human Kinetics, Physiotherapy, etc)
• Minimum 1 year + experience within disability management or medical field such as Kinesiology
• Strong customer service, negotiation and problem solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and conflict management skills
• Proven analytical, organization, creativity and decision making skills
• Knowledge of medical terminology is a must

Bilingual in French and English is a strong asset
