Do you want to be developing a new coating technology for the solar energy industry?
Do you have experience with roll-to-roll coating process?

What will you be doing in this role?

This role offers the opportunity to be developing a completely new roll-to-roll coating process for solar cells that is the future of the solar technology.

The Coating Engineer will be responsible for:

• Developing process at large scale roll to roll coated solar film made from inks
• Responsible for working with the team to design and implement the optimal large area solar cell architecture
• Responsible for creating and maintaining standard operating procedures
• Work hours are 8:30 am to 5 pm Monday to Friday

What do you bring to the role?

• Minimum 5 years in roll to roll blade coating
• Must have experience working with Nanomaterials.
• Experience working with Matlab, MS office or any automation software is preferred
• Masters or PHD in chemical engineering is preferred
• Must be able to work independently and embrace startup company environment and culture

Compensation package!
• Salary range from $70K to 90K based on experience
• Discretionary Bonus
• Benefits from day one
• 3 weeks of vacation
