Are you highly organized and love supporting others in an administrative capacity? Do you have a knack for conveying your message to others in a tact and professional manner both through written and verbal means?

Our client which is a not for profit organization that focuses on innovative research to foster economic knowledge is looking for a Sales Administrative Assistant to support their nimble and diligent Sales Team.

Sales Administrative Assistant's Primary Responsibilities:
• administrative support for the Sales Manager and Development Manager
• data management and CRM management through Salesforce, Paradot, and MailChimp
• prepare and manage invoices
• liaise with high profile executive teams and subject matter experts
• registration and coordination of events, conferences, and calls
• logistical planning and implementation of presentations and events
• research and source prospect list
• create correspondences and letters
• report creation and generation
• assist with special projects
• ad hoc clerical and administrative tasks

Qualifications:

MUST HAVE SKILLS
• 3 - 5 years of administrative support experience
• 1+ years of sales support experience
• Proven experience with Microsoft Office suite
• High attention to detail
• Highly organized and a strong multi-tasking skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrates tact, professionalism, and strong judgment when liaising with high profile stakeholders
• Possess research and basic sourcing experience
• Resourceful and a self-starter attitude
• Strong customer service skills
• Proven ability to grasp new technology or data management systems quickly

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS
• Strong interest in economic and social policy
• Salesforce, Pardot, and MailChimp experience
