Our client a national not-for-profit health and dental benefits specalist is looking for a sales and service administrator to join their team on a permament bases.

This position is located in Coquitlam near Lougheed mall with the intention to relocate to Downtown Vancouver by the end of the year. In this role you will be responsible for the following:

• Support the Sales team- Account executives and sales coordinators with quotes and renewal process.
• Run client/advisor reports.
• Track sales leads and opportunities.
• Review, edit and maintain client contact database.
• Prepare, distribute and track commission agreements.
• Coordinate and Create meeting packages.
• Manage the list of clients/ advisors for attendance at industry events.
• Manage sponsorship requests.
• Manage marketing material and monitor inventory.
• General office duties.
• Support the team as needed.

• Great compensation- $58,000-$70,000 based on experience
• 2 weeks vacation + a week between Christmas and New Years when the office is closed

• 3+ years of experience in benefits and / or related industries.
• Post-secondary degree or diploma.
• Understanding of group benefits and administrative sales support function is an asset.
• Superior organizational and planning skills.
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
• Ability to multi-task, work well under pressure, and be self-reliant, while having a focus first and foremost on the
• Ability to work in a fast paced and deadline driven environment.
• Flexible and adapt to changing responsibilities and business environment and do so with strong attention to detail.
• Passionate, have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn new tasks and teach internal partners and your teammates.
