Our client, a leader in the condo development space is looking for 2 Sales Coordinators to join their growing team!

This is a temporary to permanent opportunity but for the right candidate can go straight permanent based on the interview.

Your main duties as a Sales Coordinator include:
• Greeting and welcoming clients as they walk in
• Processing and recording cheques and mortgage approvals
• Maintaining accurate sales files and copies
• Liaising with internal and external clients
• Following up with purchasers and agents for any outstanding cheques and mortgage approvals
• Other administrative duties as needed

Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in office administration or sales support/client facing roles

• Advanced computer proficiency in Microsoft Office products especially with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to manage and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
