Attention all Marketing Coordinators! Are you looking for an opportunity to join a growing team in the Oakville area? Do you consider yourself a Microsoft Excel power user? Then we would love to chat with you! Our client in Oakville is seeking a dynamic team member to join their organization as a Marketing Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering data and information to update accounts, assist the sales team to encourage client growth and coordinate all sales and marketing activities!
The successful candidate will be detail-oriented and have a creative mindset! This is a permanent opportunity in Oakville. If this sounds like something that you are interested in then we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities
- Assist the sales and marketing team with administrative support such as booking events, entering renewal documents in the system and providing sales and marketing material.
- Coordinate and record weekly sales and marketing meetings in order to understand and document process within the department
- Put together proposals for marketing events
- Work with the Marketing team in national rollouts and understanding service offerings
- Coordinate national meetings and tradeshows for the sales and marketing team
- Prepare reports for sales and marketing
- Assist with all administrative tasks within the department
- Provide creative social media content in order to reach new clientele!


Advantages

- Annual salary of $43,000-$46,000

Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree or a diploma is required in this role
- An individual who is results-driven and has the ability to collaborate with a team and work independently if required
- Strong attention to detail is required as you will be responsible for coordinating many events
- Excellent interpersonal skill with a creative/out of the box mindset in marketing
- Someone who is passionate in sales and marketing and who has a strong proficiency using Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
