Randstad is currently looking to work with outstanding Customer Service Representatives in the Winnipeg area!
We are hiring for a permanent opportunity in a well-known and reputable telecommunication company.

Start Date: September 24th, 2018

Job Duties:
- Answering calls in an inbound Call Centre environment regarding various telecommunication products and services
- Provide exceptional customer service and build trust
- You will be responsible to provide customers with the best solutions
- Up-selling and cross-selling products and services

Pay Rate: $12.46/hour and up (dependent on experience) for the first 90 days then a guaranteed 9% increase after 90 days
- High potential for commission and bonus

Hours of Operation:
- The inbound Call Centre is open Monday - Sunday, candidates must be available for variable shifts between the hours of 7:00AM - 10:15PM (rotational shifts)
- Full time hours (40 hours weekly)
- Part time hours (20 - 40 hours weekly)

** Mandatory Full-time training September 24th - October 15th, Monday - Friday - 08:30 AM - 05:30 PM **
** Mandatory Part-time training September 24th - October 29st evenings and weekends **
