Do you love providing excellent customer service? Do you have experience of creating a positive experience for customers in a professional and engaging manner? Then you might be the perfect fit for our client!


• Greet and welcome customers
• Initiate consultations and inquire about customers preferences and needs
• assist customers and give honest and confident feedback regarding products
• stay knowledgeable of products in order to assist customers
• perform basic technical measurement and adjustments on products
• Assist customers in placing orders and accurately process customer payment transactions
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
• Assist in opening and closing store procedures
• Follow best practices in loss prevention
• Ensure products and shelves are clean and dust free
• Perform other tasks as needed, including maintaining store cleanliness, entering stock, inventory counts, and other duties assigned


• You have previous retail sales or customer service experience
• You have a great attitude towards customer service
• You have a genuine desire to make a difference in people’s lives
• You have excellent computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• You work as a team player to ensure each customer receives the best service possible
• You demonstrate initiative in learning and understanding new products, services and promotional offerings
• You are committed to driving sales and working as a team to achieve store targets
• You have excellent communication skills
• You have great sense of humor and a positive attitude
• You are open minded and adaptable to new environments
• You have a flexible schedule with the ability to work evening, weekends and some holidays
