Do you enjoy interacting with people and providing them with excellent clerical support? Do you have clerical and administrative experience?

If so, one of our clients in the Security and Alarms industry is looking for an attentive and enthusiastic Sales Coordinator to work a 12 month assignment at their Richmond Hill location. The successful candidates will work 37.5 hours per week.

The main responsibility of the role will include but are not limited to:

• Provide general clerical support
• Processing project bookings
• Attending sales meetings and customer visits, as required
• Manage inventory and ordering
• Organizing and coordinating internal training sessions

Qualifications
• Excellent customer service and communications (verbal and written) skills
• 1+ experience in clerical / accounting / administrative / inventory roles
• Account Receivable & Account Payable experience an asset
• Strong MS Office and Data Entry Skills
• High school completion or above
