Good news! Our client, one of Canada's largest and best-known corporations, is looking for a
Sales Support Coordinator for their office in Waterloo. We're looking for a very professional individual with excellent communication skills and demonstrated organizational skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for :
- Provide sales support by responding to inquiries regarding products, processes, administration, etc., within the specific service level agreements
- Facilitate conflict resolution and assess issues for escalation as needed
- Manage the production of monthly reporting
- Manage the collection of presentations, print material & business components
- Work directly with head office and field senior management
- Other administrative duties as needed
