We are currently looking for a Senior Analyst Customer Due Diligence to support our client, a leading international banking institution, in their Vancouver office. In this role you will work full time hours on a 6 month assignment, earning a competitive rate of up to $26 per hour. As a Senior analyst Customer Due Diligence, you will be responsible for the following:

• The role encompasses a number of tasks involving KYC analysis and regulatory environment. Focus is on high quality and hence aspirants are expected to conform to AML Regulations, policies/procedures. The role requires one to perform high quality outbound customer contact for the purpose of obtaining sensitive personal information from both Premier and non Premier clients. Focuses on building rapport and trust with these clients in order to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• This role also involves liaising with relationship managers and other various stakeholders thus ensuring timely resolution of queries. Ensure high quality operational results.

Qualifications
• Minimum 1 year experience within Financial Institution in AML, Commercial Banking, KYC
• Experience fast pace environment (explain in resume how this applies)
• Self-Motivated & Proactive
• Microsoft Office intermediate
• Ability to work on Saturdays, should it be requested
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to interact with clients
• Positive attitude, adaptable to change, build strong relationships
