We are pleased to offer you this new and exciting CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY for the following position:

SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST

Start: ASAP
Duration: 3+ months
Location: Halifax, NS

REQUIREMENTS
Senior Business Analyst with experience in:
· Demonstrated Business Analyst capabilities (requirements analysis, process modelling, communication, facilitation, organization, detail oriented)
· Demonstrated experience with business analysis tools and techniques
· Experience in leading, coaching, and mentoring a team of business analysts for an enterprise level program
· Experience and comfort with workshop facilitation at all levels of the organization
· Experience with IT projects, working closely with both business and technical resources
· Professional Business Analyst Certification (such as CBAP, PBA) and related experience is an asset.
· Experience and/or certification in Change Management (PROSCI) are considered assets.
· Strong written and oral communication skills.
· Self-starter, positive attitude, good people skills, high achiever.
· Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office, Visio, Project, and SharePoint skills.
