Our client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst with public transit domain experience!

Duration: 5 months
Location: Winnipeg

The Business / Systems Analyst should have experience and subject matter expertise in the area of mobile voice and data communication systems, preferably in the public transit domain. Experience with the analysis and implementation of radio and wireless digital communication systems will be considered an asset. Experience with open architecture and multipurpose on-vehicle computing hardware will be considered an asset.

The Business/Systems Analyst must have at least seven years of experience in identifying and documenting complex business and system processes and relating this to a systemized solution requirement. This should include a minimum of four years of experience writing use cases, functional and non-functional requirements across business and technology areas. These skills, knowledge and experience must be clearly outlined in the vendor responses.

The Business/Systems Analyst should be highly skilled at writing clear and concise requirements, facilitating group discussions, interviewing stakeholders, and adhering to a rigorous change control process. The Business/Systems Analyst must possess a college diploma and/or university degree/post-graduate degree in an Engineering, IT or business discipline and must demonstrate a high degree of professionalism, and strong communication skills.
