Our client is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst - Microsoft Dynamics CRM Expert

Location: Downtown Toronto

JOB DESCRIPTION:
At the moment, we are in search of Senior Business System Analysts “Product Experts” to join our Toronto office to be part of our exciting transformation. The Senior Business Systems Analyst will promote new and innovative ways using MS Dynamics CRM and other tools to solve business problems to enable our future vision of maximized automation through user configurable tools without any customization. You will be engaged in a collaborative approach to deliver our world-class, innovative solutions for our North American Life operations. You will work with the core delivery team in the definition, development and implementation of business application solutions and other business area representatives and development teams, providing key analytical support.

YOUR JOB
Provide support to ensure that Production Systems are available and functioning as agreed.
Participate in the project problem or opportunity definition and initiation of large scale delivery efforts; assess the solution risk through understanding business impacts, environment and technology constraints, and industry trends.
Coordinate with the business subject matter expert related to all business processes in the design, development and quality assurance processes throughout the systems development life cycle.
Collaborate with the project manager, architects, technical leads and other core project team members to determine the appropriate requirements for a particular project.
Contribute to the successful definition of requirements for projects; gather, analyze documents and communicate business and system requirements.
Formulate thorough, unambiguous and detailed business requirements, advising on alternatives, and on the implications of new or revised technology solutions.
Conduct and participate in walkthroughs and reviews to validate quality and obtain approval for systems and business requirements. Analyze the impact of solutions on current processes and existing systems.
Contribute to the Business Process and User Acceptance Test phases and facilitate the implementation and training phases of a project.
Own the development and delivery of key deliverables such as Business Requirements, Test cases, Use cases, process flows, user-facing system diagrams, etc.
Set expectations, communicate the ongoing status of all projects, and consistently meet commitments in the delivery of solutions.
Liaise with the IT Teams in the use and application of systems development

Specialty Area - Microsoft Dynamics CRM
On-site subject matter expert on Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Lead and guide the use of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to assure value added to the business.
Enhance existing system integrations leading to better decisions using the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform.
Assure that integrations and processes built using the Microsoft CRM platform are configured to the needs of the business.
Training user base as needed when new versions are released, or new capabilities are introduced.

QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
First and foremost, the successful candidate will demonstrate a natural desire to provide exceptional client service through his/her energy, enthusiasm, initiative and innovation focus. In addition, we are looking for the following qualifications:
7+ years’ experience developing and supporting business technology systems in a large-scale environment across multiple hardware and software platforms.
3+ years in a business systems analyst or equivalent role.
Experience in an Insurance or Financial industry environment considered an asset.
Understanding of data modeling tools and data models.
Experience in data mapping.
Demonstrated PL/SQL skills.
Experience working with both Oracle and SQL database a must.
Ability to articulate a big picture view and translate into specific business analysis deliverables.
Strong business acumen and problem-solving aptitude.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to express complex technical concepts in terms understandable by the business, and requirements and implications in terms understandable to developers.
Ability to work collaboratively and enjoys working with others to achieve common, team goals.
Builds relationships with peers to achieve objectives and develops relationships with other departments to work as one team.
Quickly responds to adverse situations by identifying root cause and proposing alternative solutions.
Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently or in a team.
Good problem solving skills.
Motivates; has a positive influence on team members.
Applies influence to implement changes, skilled negotiator.

Specialty Area - Microsoft Dynamics CRM
5+ years in a Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment. Experience must include process analysis, entity design, UI enhancements, and workflow.
Create/revise business process flows and integration/system architecture diagrams.
