This role is accountable to manage the company's financial and operational model sand to provide recurring reporting on all key financial metrics of the business.

Key responsibilities include ;

- Develop and deliver weekly and monthly department KPI reports to the CFO and Executive Team , that highlight key performance trends
- Ownership of the Company's financial model; updating monthly in order to provide detailed forward looking forecasts for presentation to the Executive Team.
- Monitor forecast against bank coenants, develop " early warning " system
- Support the annual budgeting process: establish guidelines for budget and forecast preparation, and prepare the annual plan draft for the CFO and CEO to finalize

Qualifications
- Post-secondary degree, preferably in an accounting discipline
- CPA, CFA or equivalent
- 5 years+ related experience
- Experience reporting in US GAAP
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Advanced excel (lookups, pivots, formulas), and other software/reporting tools
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
