Are you a Senior HR Business Partner looking for a new opportunity? Do you have experience in Benefits and Wealth?

If so, we have an excellent opportunity for you! Our client, Telecommunication Company is currently looking for a Senior HR Business Partner work a 7-month assignment in our clients Downtown Toronto Office to support Compensation portfolio. If successful you will work full-time hours at a rate of up to $34.95 per hour. Daily responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

•Monitoring data and providing value-based analytics.
•Proactive, value-focused communication to internal client groups and business partners.
•Support the development and execution of communication material, including sense & response management.
•Act as a resource to internal client groups in the interpretation and application of policies and procedures.
•Develop and maintain positive working relationships with external program vendors to ensure policy compliance, develop and report success metrics, and proactively identify and address issues.

• Work for a leading Telecommunications services organization
• Earn a competitive rate of $34.95 per hour
• DT Toronto
• Full-Time work on a 7-month assignment (Mon - Fri)

•Minimum of 5 years experience in a Compensation & Benefits role.
•University degree or equivalent education (Business/Human Resources preferred)
•A professional designation such as Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) or CEBS designation would be an asset
•A strong understanding of general Human Resources practices and related legislation
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Demonstrated competence using MS Office (Excel, MS Word)
•Knowledge of HR Systems would be an asset
