Reporting into the Director, Marketing Communications – Credit Cards, the Senior Manager, Marketing Communications – Credit Cards is a passionate Marketer accountable for developing and delivering design and communications for an immersive credit card onboarding experience that will support our client Engagement objectives. This role will require a great deal of relationship building. Must be comfortable being the face of marketing and communications in numerous meetings, presentations etc. and will act as delegate for the Director.

Work from home once a week
18 month contract with Permanent potential
Work for one of Canada's largest banks, steps from Union
This is a high profile position with a great deal with of Executive exposure
up to $48/hr

Demonstrate experience in 7+ Years of integrated Marketing Communications, preferably within the Financial Services or Telecom industries with strong understanding of best-practices in new customer onboarding. Experience with card design and production processes an asset.

• Client Focus – You will come with a proven track record of taking a client first approach – relentless focus on optimization of client experiences and delivery of first-rate digital communications. Able to leverage a client-centric, agile approach for rapid delivery of digital communications.
• Communication - Ability to inspire and influence across large organizations to gain alignment and support on recommended marketing tactics & strategies. Strong knowledge of facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency. Must be comfortable speaking to a Senior Executive audience
• Leadership - Well-developed leadership, management, and strategic-thinking skills, with the ability to excite and influence without authority in a highly collaborative environment.
• Excellent negotiation skills to balance production times, deliverables etc.
