Are you a Senior Payroll Manager who is an expert at overseeing all Payroll activities being processed through SAP? Have you ever managed and led the execution of a global expansion initiative and do you feel you have honed solid change-management skills?

If you are a technical trouble-shooter who is open to new opportunities, have the advanced SAP payroll processing skills, extensive payroll compliance, regulatory experience and desire to manage large projects - we want to hear from you!

Reporting to the Director of Payroll, your duties and responsibilities will include;

-Overseeing the execution of all activities related to payroll and time processes, ensuring compliance with standards and legislative requirements,
-Leads the project execution of global expansion initiatives (Global HR Transformation), providing insights and ensuring payroll accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
-Manages third party SAP vendor support in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLA's) and manages regular operational requirements
-Collaborates with Director, Payroll to evaluate and analyze existing payroll policies, procedures and processes to identify improvement/enhancement opportunities and implement solutions to address them
-Collaborates and assess, and troubleshoot any errors or problems within systems to ensure optimal performance
-Facilitates and assists with the development of payroll specific and statistical reports to identify gaps in procedures and services
-Monitors and ensures the accurate and timely administration, remittance and reporting of payroll related activities
-Acts as a subject matter expert on all aspects of payroll resolve escalated or high-risk issues or concerns as required
-Creates an environment in which his/her team pursues effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational risk & regulatory compliance risk
-Builds a high-performance environment and implements a people strategy that attracts, retains, develops and motivates their team by fostering an inclusive work environment; communicating vision/values/business strategy and managing succession and development planning for the team

Qualifications
-Post-secondary Degree in Accounting or Business or related field
-PCP or CPM designation required
-SAP advanced experience required
-Leadership/change management experience is a must
-Signification experience in payroll/monitoring payroll processes
-Previous technical and operating experience with SAP
-Deep understanding and knowledge of Financial Services policies and procedures
-Strong knowledge of Organizational structure and complexity
-Deep knowledge of payroll policies and related practices
-Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
-Attentive to details and deadlines; ability to manage multiple priorities
-Proven supervisory/leadership experience
-Strong analytical skills
