Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for winning new business, generating and maximizing revenue through selling of Client services through Channel partners to end user prospects and customers. You will also assist the Channel partners and Sales team with coordinating services and enhancing customer experience.

• Assist Sales Executives in the technical qualification of new sales opportunities, understand customer requirements and articulate the value proposition of Client Inc. to senior technology executives.
• Present and demonstrate Client’s products to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Respond to customer requests for information including the completion of RFIs and RFPs.
• Identifying and initiating opportunities, qualifying opportunities and manage funnel to meet growth and revenue commitments; work closely with the Client Solutions / Consulting Services, Managed Services, Security Services and Professional Services teams.
• Developing lasting and valued business relationships with clients and industry influencers
• Maintaining levels of knowledge and expertise regarding our Channel Partners and their respective customers, their industries, outsourcing, security services, managed services and information technology
• Preparing business cases, proposals, presentations, quotations, contracts, and supporting documentation as required
• Handling and forwarding of technical and operations questions or issues that may arise during a sales pursuit, and managing appropriate customer expectations throughout the sales cycle, ensuring Client’s role as a trusted partner to the Global IT Channel

+ also must haves -

• Previous Industry experience in Solution Development, Pre-Sales, Consulting or Customer facing technical roles
• Demonstrated experience in identifying and understanding customer technical/business needs and translating them into viable integrated solutions
• Consultative selling experience
• Industry Experience a must
• Experience working in a fast paced, dynamic, rapidly growing environment
• Excellent communications skills and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent administrative, organizational and time management skills
• Ability to deal effectively with a wide range of individuals.
• Ability to travel
