Ready to take your career to the next level? We are looking for our next Senior Stamping Press Set-up Technician on a Afternoon Shift.

On a Daily basis if you can envision the following traits, we want to hear from you:

Improve transfer die processes when required
Ability to take lead in situations when the Production Supervisor is absent
Recommend improvements in processes
Must support Management decisions and lead by example
Train operators as required
Manage all related issues by troubleshooting, re-training associates and following up with Supervisor
Monitor quality of parts and follow outlined process
Troubleshoot issues pertaining to quality, run ability and transfers

Qualifications
What are we looking for?

Proven leadership skills, which may include training operators
Must have an understanding of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and how to address safety issues
Understand all functions of stamping press, feeder and de-coiler
Understand dynamics of progressive dies during production run
Ability to independently do die set-ups on presses
Must be able to independently run all transfer presses
