We have an immediate need for a Senior Technical Writer to join one of our top clients in the GTA. This role offers a great working environment, and an opportunity to be directly involved in a huge project with exciting challenges.

Our client ranks as one of the top 50 employers in Canada and is seeking a highly skilled Technical Writer. The successful candidate will be responsible for consolidation of an Asset Management Plan and will encompass everything from information gathering to the final published plan. A strong understanding of the entire documentation life cycle and the systems used for document control are required.

Responsibilities and Requirements:

- 7+ years of experience as a Technical Writer.
- Highly detail oriented, strong understanding of the document life cycle.
- UAT (User Acceptance Testing) experience is highly desirable.
- Experience writing and re-writing complex engineering or IT manuals (electronic and hard copy versions), creating manuals, on-line forms, templates, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, specifically in and writing/editing documentation
