Do you have Customer service and Call Centre experience? Are you Bilingual French and English? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

We are currently recruiting for Bilingual Service Availability Rep for a 2 year contract with a top 5 bank in London.

Pay rate: $18.85//hr
Hours: 7:00am -9:00pm Monday to Friday and 7:00am to 7:00pm Saturday and Sunday

As a Bilingual Service Availability Rep, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
-Responding to a variety of inbound customer calls/emails regarding technical support (passwords, software, e-Messaging, Blackberry etc...)
-Ensuring accurate and detailed problem documentation/ticketing
-Providing timely escalation and follow-up with support groups and customers
-Identifying and escalating wide-impact or potential wide-impact outages
-Identifying trends and opportunities for improvement as well as provide ongoing feedback

- Experience with ticketing systems is an asset
- A team player who collaborates effectively with peers and other teams
- University Degree or a College degree/diploma is considered an asset
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010 (Word, Excel, OneNote and PowerPoint)
- A technical support background or related education
