Do you have two years of Customer service and Call Centre experiences? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

We are currently recruiting for Service Availability Reps for a 2 years contract with a top 5 bank in London. This role has a potential to convert to a permanent opportunity!

Pay rate: $17.50//hr
Hours: 24/7/365 Rotating shift

As a Service Availability Reps, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
-Responding to a variety of inbound customer calls/emails
-Ensuring accurate and detailed problem documentation/ticketing
-Providing timely escalation and follow-up with support groups and customers
-Identifying and escalating wide-impact or potential wide-impact outages
-Identifying trends and opportunities for improvement as well as provide ongoing feedback
