Our client in the HVAC industry is looking for an experience Service Coordinator / Dispatcher to assist them with their operations and customer service
This is a permanent position to start ASAP

The salary is between 35,000 – 40,000; Monday to Friday, day shift


- Dispatch calls to Service Technicians and providing work orders for maintenance, installation and service
- Provide extensive customer service by answering inquiries related to the products and services
- Ensuring that all work orders and service appointments are effectively attended to by the technicians
- Ensures that inventory is taken care of at all times
- Complete reports, update service records and input pertinent information into the customer files

- Friendly team

- Must have 2 – 3 years of experience in dispatch and operations
- Excellent decision making and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills – must have clear and concise communication
- Knowledge of the Gatineau/ Ottawa area
- Expertise in MS Office applications – word, excel and outlook
- Ability to work in a team based environment
