Our client is one of the premium providers of power solutions in Canada. They are a distributor of the top engine brands Nationwide and their Ottawa office is located in the Nepean area. They are currently looking to fill a 6 month Service Coordinator role to fill for someone going on extended leave. There is a high possibility of permanency for this role which is highly dependent on the business need and your performance

The salary is between 40,000 – 45,000; Monday to Friday, 8am – 4:30pm - day shift, 37.5 hours

Start date is asap!


- Dispatch calls to Service Technicians and providing work orders for maintenance, installation and service
-ensure scheduling and closing off activities of the service technicians
-Maintain data in various databases, update customer files and general ledger accounts
- Provide extensive customer service by answering inquiries related to the products and services
- Ensuring that all work orders and service appointments are effectively attended to by the technicians
- Ensures that inventory is taken care of at all times
- Complete reports, update service records and input pertinent information into the customer files
-Perform various administrative duties required to ensure that the overall operations is running smoothly.


- Must have 2 – 3 years of experience in dispatch and operations
- Excellent decision making and problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills – must have clear and concise communication
- Bilingualism is a high preference
- Expertise in MS Office applications – word, excel and outlook
- Ability to work in a team based environment
