We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to oversee service operations for a leading industrial client of ours in the GTA area.

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing a service organization, show great leadership, have a good technical knowledge and be able to provide excellent customer service.

What would you be responsible for?

-Managing the service support team for an assigned area
-Managing and developing new and existing customer relationships
-Providing technical support to both technicians and customers
-Ensuring that all required tools and training are accessible and up to date for the Service Team
-Managing rapidly changing priorities in a demanding, fast-paced environment
-Championing a safe, friendly and supportive work environment

What you bring to the role?

-5+ years’ experience managing teams
-Previous experience servicing industrial engines and generators or similar relevant field service experience
-Excellent communication skills, able to deal with both the service team and customers
-The ability to build and grow a culture of collaboration and participation within a team
-Strong organizational skills, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work according to demands
-A proven ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively within the team and with customers
