Position: Service Manager
Location: Anjou, Montreal
Status: Permanent

Ensure the proper maintenance and upkeep of all customer facilities in the territory by supervising and leading the technical team, guaranteeing safety and quality, in accordance with LAC standards.


• Monitors and supervises the maintenance of sites in its territory and provides technical support.
• Be present during construction on all new facilities to ensure that work is done according to rules and policies, while respecting schedules and budgets.
• Plans and organizes preventive maintenance for all company locations in the assigned territory
• Plans services and inspections arising from customer complaints or delays
• Implements the IT management system of maintenance procedures and policies in the department
• Ensures that each member of the team receives ongoing training in safety, technical aspects of equipment and regulations.
• Encourages the team to improve efficiency with clients and creates a development plan to increase performance and professional growth

• Diploma in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering
• 3 to 5 years of experience in a relevant technical field
• Experience in equipment maintenance and team supervision
• Bilingualism required, good oral and written communication skills
• Computer literacy (Google suite, MS Project)
• Customer service
• Leadership
• Coaching skills
