Service Manager - fire/life safety industry

We’re looking for an experienced Service Manager with an Electro-Mechanical background in having experience with Fire alarm, Sprinkler, Emergency Lighting, Extinguisher, Suppression services and other fire related services.


DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities will include:

• Co ordination of the Annual inspections, Installations, verifications, Repairs, Monthlies, and Service with our clients and putting the appropriate technicians in place to get maximum productivity and provide quality client care.
• Building a staff of technicians and fitters to support our client base
• Be able to forecast the future schedule to determine what resources will be required to best serve the company and the customer.
• Work with the sales department.
• Taking care of the client’s needs.


Qualifications/Requirement

• Have at least 3 years experience in the fire/life safety industry.
• Must possess a strong command of the English language both oral and written
• Capable of understanding thorough reports and inspection documentation.
• Have experience in using Microsoft office , preparing thorough reports and inspection documentation.
• Have a clear understanding of Fire alarm , Sprinkler, Emergency Lighting, Extinguisher, Suppression services and other fire related services.
• Must be able to provide clients with technical direction and strong customer service .
