Our client, a Top 5 Bank, is looking for a Service Officer for a 12 month contract in Toronto! If you have banking and customer service experience this may be the role for you!

Pay Rate: $17.34 /hr
Shift Hours: Mon- Fri 9:00 am - 5:30 pm

As a Service Officer your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Accurately processing transactions in a timely manner
- Escalate processing issues where necessary
- Maintain a high level of service and create an amazing client experience that exceeds expectations
- Escalate and resolve issues with the focus of client service excellence
- Adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLA) and internal service delivery standards. Ensure you are following banking/ firm regulations and best practices at all times.
- Determine how to improve service delivery and develop improvement initiatives
- Ensure documentation prepared/completed is accurate and properly reflects client/business intentions and is consistent with relevant rules/regulations
- Help with the analysis, development, testing, and implementation of operating and process improvements

- 2-4+ yeears of experience as a customer service/ operations officer working with clients over the phone
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment, including overtime
- Banking experience
- Computer saavy with professional MS Suites
- Quick learner
- Strong data entry skills
- organized and strong attention to detail
- ISM experience would be an asset
