Do you have customer service and previous banking experience? Are you looking to further your experience within a Top 5 Bank? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

We are currently recruiting for a Service Officer ll for a 1 year contract in Mississauga.

Pay rate: $17.34/hr
Hours: 37.5/ week Mon-Fri 8-4

As a Service Officer ll, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Provide operational support and perform general to specialized transactions and/or other processing activities
- Support partner relationships when required
- Maintain operational effectiveness
- Answer inquiries and provide subject matter expertise for internal and external parties
- Share any improvement suggestions and communicate this during meetings
- Report to a Team Manager

- Banking experience
- Ability to type 40 wpm
- Financial Background
- 5/5 communication skills
- 2 years customer service
- 2 years data entry
- 2 years intermediate excel
- Organized and attention to detail
- ISM experience (nice to have)
- Strong MS office (excel- V- lookup, pivot tables, filtering-, word, outlook (nice to have
- TD experience (nice to have)
