Do you have previous administrative and documentation review experience? Are you looking to further your experience within a Top 5 Bank? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you!

We are currently recruiting for an Service Officer ll for a 6 month contract in Mississauga.

Pay rate: $ 15.34/hour

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30a-4:30p


As an Service Officer ll, your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Review documents such as canceled checks, sales reports, or bills
- Enter data in specific data fields or onto tapes or disks for subsequent entry, using keyboards or scanners.
- Ensure data is accurate before entering into the system
- Report any errors to supervisors
- Re enter data to detect errors using the verification format
- Log activities and completed work

Qualifications
- 1-2 years documentation review experience (auditing
- 2 years customer service
- 2 years data entry
- 2 years intermediate excel
- organized and attention to detail
- 2 years MS office suites
- Banking experience (nice to have)
