Our client, a Top 5 Bank, is looking for Service Officer ll for a 6 month contract in North York! If you have previous administrative experience and have strong MS Office skills this could be the role for you!

Pay Rate: $17.34/ hr

Shift Hours: Monday- Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

As a Service Officer ll your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Work with the internal processing team by providing excellent administrative support
- Collect and track data
- Sort and distribute mail
- Follow all industry regulations when recording client transactions
- Handle incoming queries and requests for both regional and national level
- Use excellent communication skills when providing customer service

- Minimum of 1 year experience in Administrative role
- Typing 40 WPM
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word)
- Excellent knowledge and proficiency in MS Outlook
- Able to work in a fast paced environment & efficiently manage workflow
- Proactive and flexible to work in a changing environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrates sound judgement
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent time management skill
- Computer savvy – able to work with dual monitors and multiple applications

High school education. Post-secondary education required. 2-4 years of relevant experience required.
