Interested in gaining experience within the banking sector? Are you computer savvy and are eager to learn? Our client, a Top 5 Bank, is looking for a Service Officer for a 12 month contract in Markham!

Pay Rate: $18.30/hr
Shifts: Monday- Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm

Job responsibilities of a Credit Assistant:
- Troubleshoot and complete various client requests
- Posses expert knowledge of the banking tools and resources available
- Track number of client requests and meet quotas
- Process requests

Qualifications
-Collaborative and team player
-Computer savvy with professional level MS suites
-Positive energy, eager to learn, ability to Multitask
-ACF2 (2 years experience)
-Have excellent time management, multitasking, task planning and prioritization skills

Nice to Have:
-Banking knowledge
-Bilingual ( English /French )
-Mainframe experience
-2 years Active Directory experience
