Responsibilities of a Service Technician
- Independently performs installation of new equipment, preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs at client’s facility
- Work closely and diligently with the other members of the service team to ensure all repairs are completed
- Provide feedback and customer service to clients pre/post repair
- Abide by all safety protocols and procedures
- Make travel arrangements - documenting all expenses incurred


Advantages
- Salary: $40,000 - $52,000 (annually – depending on experience)
- Shift: 12 hour days – typically 8am-4:30pm – changes dependent on breakdowns/client needs
- Extensive overtime opportunity (paid after 40 hours!)

- Reimbursement for km (paid door to door!)

Qualifications
- Received a diploma in an Electro-Mechanics or Electrical Engineering Technology
- Valid passport and able to travel all of North America (Canada & US)
- Able to analyze and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Experience with oscilloscopes and PLCs
- Able to lift 50lbs unassisted
- Strong Microsoft Office, communication and customer service skills
