Are you passionate about the Banking Industry? Do you have have strong MS Office skills and previous banking experience? This may be the role for you!

We are currently looking for a Servicing Analyst to support our client in Downtown Toronto for a 5 month contract!

Pay: $20.26/hour
Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30 - 5 with a 1 hour lunch

As a Servicing Analyst your main job duties include but are not limited to:

- Provide bank balances to auditors
- Mail information to auditors
- Assist more senior SA's on team with admin tasks
- Inputting new payment details from one system to another
- Process bank confirmations
- Accessing bank system to retrieve customer information
- Retrieve necessary information from the banking system
- Check incoming audit requests

Qualifications
TOP SKILLS / EXPERIENCE:
- 1-2 working years’ experience with MS suite of products (MS Outlook, MS Excel, etc.) - include data entry accuracy score
- 1-2 years of Banking experience – specifically working with account numbers, debit/credits, term deposits OR a university degree/college diploma in a business or related field
- Strong communication skills over phone and email – written, verbal, comprehension
- Strong organizational skills and time management


NICE TO HAVE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
- Loan product knowledge
- Know how to calculate interest
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work as part of a team


EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS: College/university is preferred.
