As a SharePoint Online Developer, you will act as a liaison among stakeholders to understand the structure, policies, and operations of the organization, and to recommend and implement solutions that enable the business to achieve its goals. You will identify, define and deliver SharePoint Online solutions that will maximize the value delivered to stakeholders. You will work across all levels of the organization and will be involved in everything from defining solutions, to defining the goals and requirements for projects or supporting continuous improvement in its technology and processes. You will use your skills to document, provide effort estimations and define and develop solutions.

The Business Optimization team is a shared service for the Investment Finance & Operations organization. The team is responsible for establishing leading practices in process improvements as well, business process architecture and work transition. The team leads program efforts related to organizational process transformation as well as the implementation of improvement recommendations and low/medium scale solutions.

SharePoint Online Developer

As a SharePoint developer on the Business Process Solutions team you will:
• Develop a SharePoint Online Strategy for the Wealth & Asset Management Finance team
• Create new SharePoint Online sites, Lists, Libraries, and Nintex workflows to deliver on business requirements.
• Interface with the business clients to translate business requirements into SharePoint solutions which will include Nintex workflows, and integration with Power BI
• Provide custom solution design and implementation for SharePoint Online
• Develop and implement master pages, views, forms, templates, external lists, external content types, custom lists, web parts, master pages and other custom SharePoint Online components
• Provide application users with technical support.
• Create and maintain documentation on processes, policies, application configuration and help related materials for users as SharePoint Online solutions are developed.
• Effectively communicate, cooperate, and collaborate with stakeholders
