Position: Shipper

Shift Morning!

Job Details
1. Pulls materials to accurately fill as per customer invoice, ensuring that all aspects of the order are
met.
2. Marks goods as shipped and assists customers with loading materials.
3. Prepares orders for pick up by assembling order, banding and marking order with customer’s
name.
4. Marks on invoice the location of the completed order in readiness for quick pick up.
5. Advises customers of proper shipping and loading policies. Responds to customer inquiries.
6. Operates chop saw and table saw to cut materials to size following guidelines.
7. Advises Inventory Control or Supervisor of stock shortages.
8. Participates in inventory counts.
9. Refers any problems with the order/invoice to Supervisor.

Skills Required
1. Technical Skills – operates chop saw and table saw
2. Product Knowledge – able to identify wood species and profiles
3. Organizational skills – able to prioritize and respond to customers as needed; keep work
environment clean and safe
4. Interpersonal skills – works respectfully with others and when in contact with customers
5. Attention to detail – accuracy required to fulfill customer orders as required
6. Adherence to policy – follows Brenlo’s operating and safety policies without fail
